KINNIE ZEST SORBET
What better way to keep cool this summer, than with a delicious Kinnie Zest Sorbet?
500ml Kinnie Zest
250ml orange juice
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg white, beaten
You will also need: A pot, bowls, egg beater, serving bowls.
Mix the Kinnie Zest, OJ and brown sugar and boil until sugar is dissolved.
Allow to cool and mix in egg white and freeze for 8 hours, mixing every 2 hours.
8 hours overnight
8 hours 5 minutes
