KINNIE ZEST SORBET

What better way to keep cool this summer, than with a delicious Kinnie Zest Sorbet?

OLIVE OIL
500ml Kinnie Zest
OLIVE OIL
250ml orange juice
OLIVE OIL
3 tbsp brown sugar
OLIVE OIL
1 egg white, beaten

Directions

  • Mix the Kinnie Zest, OJ and brown sugar and boil until sugar is dissolved.
  • Allow to cool and mix in egg white and freeze for 8 hours, mixing every 2 hours.

Enjoy!
