1kg of Seville oranges
500ml of Kinnie
1kg of jam sugar
You will also need a juicer, a chopping board, a knife and some jars.
Squeeze the oranges and chop leftover rind. Combine with Kinnie, boil and simmer for 2h.
Add 1kg jam sugar and boil for 30min.
Cool and add to sterilised jars.
