KINNIE MEZZO MALTESE AT CAFE’ DEL MAR

Half a lime
OLIVE OIL
1 shot gin
OLIVE OIL
2 shots Aperol
OLIVE OIL
Kinnie
OLIVE OIL
Orange rind

Directions

Chill a wine glass with ice. Juice half a lime in a shaker over ice and add the gin and Aperol. Shake and strain into the wine glass. Top up with Kinnie and garnish with orange rind.
