250g unsalted butter

200g caster sugar

4 eggs

225g self-raising flour, sifted

zest and freshly squeezed juice of 2 oranges

150ml Kinnie

Orange slices to decorate
Directions
- Oven to 170ÂșC (fan)
- Cream butter and sugar and then whisk in the eggs
- Fold in the flour, zest and 50ml of the Kinnie
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Mix the orange juice with the rest of the Kinnie. Pierce the cake all over on one side and drizzle the mixture over it whilst still hot
