6 Mint leaves

1 Star anise

4 Orange wedges

1 shot white rum

Kinnie

Ice

1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
- Muddle mint and 1 orange wedge in a glass.
- Add another two wedges and the brown sugar and muddle again.
- Add ice and pour over the rum.
- Top up with Kinne and garnish with the remaining orange wedge.
