KINNIE MOCKTAIL

This mocktail mix will give your drink a little je ne sais quoi!

OLIVE OIL
Half an orange, chopped into chunks
OLIVE OIL
1 slice lemon
OLIVE OIL
125g caster sugar
OLIVE OIL
125ml water
OLIVE OIL
3 cardamon pods crushed
OLIVE OIL
Teaspoon peppercorns
OLIVE OIL
1 bottle Kinnie
OLIVE OIL
Ice

Directions

  • Boil everything except the Kinnie and the ice until the sugar dissolves and it starts to thicken.
  • Strain and allow to cool.
  • Pour 1 part syrup over ice and an orange wedge and add two parts Kinnie.
