KINNIE MOJITO

Here’s our take on the classic mojito but with a Mediterranean citrus flavour that makes it unmistakably Maltese.

6 Mint leaves
OLIVE OIL
1 Star anise
OLIVE OIL
4 Orange wedges
OLIVE OIL
1 shot white rum
OLIVE OIL
Kinnie
OLIVE OIL
Ice
OLIVE OIL
1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

  • Muddle mint and 1 orange wedge in a glass.
  • Add another two wedges and the brown sugar and muddle again.
  • Add ice and pour over the rum.
  • Top up with Kinne and garnish with the remaining orange wedge.
