KINNIE VEGAN GLAZED ORANGE CAKE

Here’s a sweet treat that’s so easy to make and also vegan!

OLIVE OIL
300g flour
OLIVE OIL
2tsp baking powder
OLIVE OIL
100g sugar
OLIVE OIL
1/2 tsp salt
OLIVE OIL
Zest of one orange
OLIVE OIL
80ml sunflower oil
OLIVE OIL
250ml Kinnie
OLIVE OIL
100g icing sugar

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C
  • Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and zest.
  • Add Kinnie and oil and mix until combined.
  • Bake for 40 minutes in a baking pan lined with baking paper.
  • Allow to cool and turn onto a wire rack
  • Whisk Kinnie into the icing sugar until it forms a smooth icing and pour over the cake.
