Directions
- Fry the onions and garlic in a pot and then add the peppers.
- Add the chicken and fry until cooked.
- Add the marmalade, cider and Kinnie and bring to a boil.
- Lower to medium heat and cook until reduced.
- Serve with basmati rice and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds./li>
