500g chicken breast - sliced

800ml BBQ Sauce

500ml Kinnie

Brioche buns

Coleslaw
Directions
- Mix the Kinnie and bbq sauce in a cast-iron pot.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add to the sauce.
- Cook in the oven for 2 hours at 180C
- Pull apart with a fork and add a bit more sauce if the pulled chicken looks a bit dry.
- Serve on brioche buns with a side of coleslaw.
